Student Counsel
The Student Council in an elementary school is a group of students who are elected to represent their peers and help make the school a better place. Typically, members of the council include students from different grade levels, chosen through a voting process. The Student Council works closely with teachers and administrators to plan and organize school events, such as fundraisers, spirit days, and community service projects. In addition to organizing activities, the council also serves as a voice for the student body, offering suggestions and addressing concerns. Being part of the Student Council helps young students develop leadership, teamwork, and communication skills, while fostering a sense of responsibility and pride in their school.
The purpose of Student Council:
Encourage positivity, fun, and include all students in school events.
Work with administration and teachers to help plan events and activities.
Help our community through service projects.
