CTE and ROP

The ROP (Regional Occupational Program) and CTE (Career and Technical Education) programs provide students with hands-on learning experiences that prepare them for careers in a wide range of industries. Through these programs, students have the opportunity to explore fields such as healthcare, technology, business, automotive, and culinary arts, gaining both practical skills and industry-specific knowledge. Classes are designed to be highly interactive, with real-world applications that allow students to develop expertise in their chosen field. In addition to classroom instruction, many ROP and CTE courses include internships or work-based learning opportunities, where students can gain valuable experience and build professional networks. The program not only helps students gain skills that are directly applicable to the workforce, but also provides them with a foundation for pursuing further education in their chosen career path, whether through college, apprenticeships, or certifications.
